Estimation of the introduction of a ventilation ceiling system in the hospital kitchen.

The introduction of Harton's ventilation ceiling system provides cost benefits!

In the heated cooking room (102m) of the hospital that considered the introduction of a ventilation ceiling system, the ventilation air volume was reduced by approximately 30% compared to the existing ventilation system. Furthermore, by combining automatic cleaning, air volume control, and capture technology, a cost estimation for running costs was calculated. The more options added, the greater the cost benefits, contributing to energy savings while achieving a comfortable environment. 【Estimation Conditions】 ■ Outside air processing air conditioning (all finish) / Conventional: 100% ■ Halton ventilation ceiling system: 70% / UV duct cleaning / Conventional: once a year ■ Halton ventilation ceiling system: Down 30% annual cost 2.5 million yen / automatic cleaning Conventional: Cleaning contractor / detergent and hot water + maintenance (for all) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Ventilation Ceiling System: Teppanyaki Steak Restaurant Ao

Designs can be tailored to meet customer requests! The sophisticated kitchen stage is a popular teppanyaki.

Aoi Co., Ltd., based in Okinawa, operates a total of 9 teppanyaki steak restaurants, including locations in Tokyo and Osaka. In 2015, with the reconstruction of the headquarters, we introduced the Halton ventilation ceiling system at our main store in Higashimachi, Okinawa. The ventilation ceiling system has received positive feedback from customers, as it prevents the smell of steak from clinging to clothes even when dining at the teppanyaki grill. Without a ventilation hood, the space feels more expansive, making the interior seem larger. [Case Overview] - Custom-made at our facility in Germany to match the teppanyaki tables arranged like a stage. - The materials for the ventilation ceiling system are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is resistant to rust and highly durable. - Subtle reflections create a rich texture. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Ventilation Ceiling System] Keio Plaza Hotel Jurin

Since there is no food, the cooking and customer handover area has a uniformly bright and hygienic impression!

One of the major design concepts was to make the operational content as visible as possible from the facade entrance. After implementing our "ventilation ceiling system," the entire kitchen became visible from the dining area, allowing chefs to naturally pay attention to hygiene management, resulting in a kitchen that combines beauty and sanitary management. It was a challenging task to meet the requirements for exhaust and intake while also ensuring aesthetic appeal, but through repeated design discussions with the kitchen designers, we achieved a finish that satisfies everyone working in the kitchen. [Implementation Effects] - Buffet dishes can be served directly from the kitchen, increasing work efficiency. - By cooking and replenishing according to the decrease in food, it became possible to serve freshly made dishes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Ventilation Ceiling System] Royal Park Hotel Main Kitchen

Make the hotel banquet kitchen comfortable! Introducing a case study where temperature management, essential for hygiene control, has become possible.

At the historically significant location of Nihonbashi, the Royal Park Hotel's main kitchen handles large-scale dishes, including banquet cuisine, while offering a wide range of services. Here, we have adopted Halton's "Ventilation Ceiling System" and "Capture Jet Hood." Additionally, the "Capture Jet" is arranged within the ventilation ceiling system, and in the center, an M.A.R.V.E.L infrared sensor monitors heat exhaust. Various innovations enhance the efficiency of exhaust collection. [Case Overview] ■ Temperature management, essential for hygiene control, is possible without feeling strong drafts (winds). ■ For the combi oven, which is indispensable for large-scale cooking, we have adopted a Capture Jet Hood designed according to the equipment characteristics that significantly reduces capture leakage by taking a large coverage from all directions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
